The Business Affairs Technical Services (BATS) team assists the University community with a wide array of products and services. Ranging from floor plans, space analysis and reporting to website and application support, we are here to help!
We support both SQL Server and Oracle databases and numerous applications for Business Affairs departments. In addition we offer consulting services when selecting commercial software and assist with integrating these applications with other enterprise applications.
The Platform Support Services team maintains and supports all of Business Affairs’ internal infrastructure and systems. Working closely with all our internal departments, we coordinate and effectively communicate across multiple entities and stakeholders on campus to provide a top-tier level of support.
We maintain the space data for the University of Florida, including floor plans and campus maps. We assist our construction and renovation divisions with existing floor plans, help with conceptual renderings and assign building and room numbers to all University space. In addition, we provide space auditing, analysis and planning services.

We support various divison's websites, utilizing Terminal 4, WordPress or simply HTML/CSS. In addition, we create and maintain custom web-based applications. Our goal is to create applications that help make the University more efficient and productive.
Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 are integrated construction management software solutions used to streamline UF construction projects.
Allows UF Emergency Management to manage administrators and Admins to manage BECs.

Allows HealthNet to bill for port charges in the Health Center.
Allows for custom maps to be created, used by Real Estate, UFIT and Emergency Management.

Internal department SharePoint site used for both internal department files and project file document management.
Allows departments to report space changes, allocate space, projects and occupants.
Tracks all university owned, leased or used space.
The Token Calender application reserves parking for non-affiliated university visitors.
Maintain websites for Vice President of Business Affairs, St. Augustine & PDC.
