Getting Access to ACC Vault

This is the process for obtaining access to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Vault for facilities documentation purposes for Planning, Design and Construction (PDC), Facilities Services (FS), University of Florida personnel, and external contractors.

Access by User Type

PDC Staff

Main Campus access is automatically provisioned upon hire through the onboarding process. All other Vault requests should be submitted through a Bili Ticket.

FS Staff

Main Campus access is automatically provisioned upon hire through the onboarding process. All other Vault requests should be submitted through a Bili Ticket.

Other UF Personnel

UF-affiliated folks outside of PDC or FS must submit a Bili Ticket to determine the appropriate access pathway.

External Contractors

Once a PDC project has been established, the Project Manager (PM) shall add the contracted vendor to UF Project Tracker and select “ACC Access”.

The PM shall then submit a BATS ticket through the Bili portal requesting ACC Vault access for the contractor.

The request must include the following information:

  • Contractor Name
  • Contractor Email Address
  • Company Name
  • Name or Building number of the requested building Vault.

BATS Staff will review the request and assign the contractor(s) access to the appropriate ACC Vault Project(s) as needed.

Upon project completion, contractor access to the associated building Vault(s) will be automatically removed and must be requested again if they are awarded another project in the same building at a later date.
